DSDmotorwerks is the brainchild of Dave Dennett a most remarkable chap. He has worked on Porsches from the tender age of just 11 when he used to help out in his uncle`s garage. From then he went on to work on the cars full time buying his first Porsche, a 924 turbo when he was 19.

Dave ended up specialising in the automotive electrical side of things running DSD auto electrical, but Porsches were still his passion and rarely did a week go by when he wasn`t removing the engine or gearbox from some project or other. Eventually Dave decided enough was enough, the itch wasn`t going away and he decided to work full time looking after the love of his life.

Dave is also a keen competitor in the Porsche racing scene and has enjoyed considerable success racing a 924 in both the 924 championship as well as the Porsche Club speed championship where he took both class and overall honours in a car built entirely in house.
