DSD race preparation services

Your race readiness, by our drivers and pit crew

We don’t want to give owners of road cars the impression that we’re a purist racing outfit and only interested in track cars. Far from it. That said, we do seem to spend a fair bit of time preparing and maintaining race cars for customers and then even more on our own.

Porsche and BMW preparation

If you’re going racing in a historic Porsche or BMW, we’re happy to help (yes, even if you are going to compete against us when we do get to the track). For anyone that’s been involved in classic and historic racing, you’ll know we don’t take things too seriously and all get along… well, until that last light goes out on the grid anyway.

What can we do?

It would take way too much to explain everything we could do here (you really would get bored), but wherever and whenever you’re preparing your car and need a hand, let us know. We work to the highest standards on cars from club racing through International championships and are ready to take on any aspect of preparation, however big or small. Our rates are very reasonable and we’re here to give you the most competitive car your budget allows. See some examples of our race-prep work.

Dave Dennett has been involved in the preparation and running of various historic Porsches in both national and international events. Being a driver himself gives him a unique insight into just what is required to prepare and win. Here’s a few examples of the events and the cars we’ve put out hand to,
